More than just simple training sessions, LTP MANAGEMENT develops executives and managers in the good practices required in their roles of leaders.

We create and deliver our tailor-made seminars which are orientated towards action and achieving results. The seminars are in the form of group sessions. We guarantee not only a permanent link to the reality of the situation but also an approach which favours long term lasting change in the way people think and act. Each participant will be put through a rigorous process of reflection, action, mirroring, implementation and follow up.

Recruitment : in certain cases we can organise intensive one to one training instead of group seminars

• Use training methods which place each participant as a key part of their own training (interactive sessions, role plays, simulations, shared experiences, team work) and which systematically involves the management team.
• Bring in consultants who have experience in the various psychometric testing needed for these kinds of training courses (MBTI, GOLDEN, WAVE, PROFIL MANAGER, etc.).
• Ensure that we will be available to carry out follow up sessions for the participants beyond the end of the training course.
